A Planned Maintenance program ensures customer assets are correctly maintained and serviced, and that they comply with current regulations.
Clients also benefit from our Reactive Maintenance Service. Our Contact Centre takes the initial call and then dispatches an engineer from our team of electricians, plumbers and heating engineers within a given time period to make safe and repair the fault.
Reactive Maintenance: When a problem or fault occurs - we react swiftly to repair it.
When a customer reports a fault, we react immediately. The fault is logged, either through our customer portal 24/7 or through our contact centre. We dispatch an engineer as soon as possible to assess, make safe and repair the problem.
Our fully staffed Contact Centre at our headquarters in Cheshire handles all inbound calls, emails and customer portal requests. From there, our scheduling team dispatches an engineer with the relevant qualifications to repair the fault. Our fleet of vehicles are tracked, enabling the scheduling team to dispatch the closest engineer, resulting in a speedier response time and reduced CO2 emission for a more sustainable approach.
